Writ Controlled Articular Rotations warm-up.
5-10 circles per wrist.
Wrist CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) are joint circles used to improve the capacity that you wrist can move in. This technique can help in reducing stiffness and pain, while improving range of motion in the wrist joint.
Its a very useful warm-up as well.
Complete 5 repetitions per side.

Having a wrist injury or spraining your wrist can be a chronic and long-standing injury that can be difficult to resolve due to the wrist/hand constantly being used in everyday activities and BJJ.
Taping an injured wrist is a great way to provide stability by limiting the movement in the wrist and not allowing the wrist to go into painful end-ranges.
The compression from the tape can also provide pain-relief to the area while using the hand.
Performing proper rehab and recovery work is crucial and extremely important to decreasing the risk of re-injury to the area will aide in pain-relief and healing.
