Kristian Woodmansee is one of Jiu-Jitsu’s most exciting Rooster Weight competitors. He talks about the deep waters of modern BJJ, managing ego, team loyalty and being a smaller competitor. He also weighs in on ref bias and the Keenan Cornelius incident.
