This is my number one ninja move! You can catch this on people and they won’t know what hit them. They go from passing your guard to ether side control or a scramble.
I’ve been using this technique for awhile now and every time I hit it my opponent just looks at me like “WHAT IS THIS MAGIC!”
it is very sneaky but requires practice. Once you get your hips turning the right way I bet you can start hitting this. Just remember….
Block the hook. Roll over their arm to stop them from dragging you back down. If you don’t go over push away and get back to guard.
