Make Your Opponents Yelp In Pain With This Quick Wrist Lock!
This wrist lock is nasty! When you hit the wrist lock on someone be slow when applying the finishing touch because you can damage the wrist fast with this submission.
I usually do this on people with a really strong grip. Rather than waisting energy on breaking the grip I try to hit this wrist lock. It catches people off guard and it’s fast so usually you will get that yelp sound from them or the “t..ttt.ttaappppppppp!” Or “ahhhhhhh” something like that lol
As long as you are careful with this submission it is fun to play around with. Happy hunting!

This Knee Shield series works great for me!
I hope everyone’s having a great day here is a new technique I have been loving!
When you start hitting the knee bar over and over your partner falling back to defend will be common. You will need to just start looking for the straight ankle instead when they turn back.
If you are a white belt that can not do knee bars yet than start looking more for the straight right away. The straight ankle that will always be legal at most tournaments.
The key to this technique is really getting a bite down on the hip so you do not get smashed down. Once you get that good bite it should be game over!
