In this Q&A question, I provide some tips as to when an injury is serious enough to seek medical attention.
Its always a good idea to follow up with a doctor if you are dealing with an injury and unsure of what to do.

Todayโs video is an idea that came from questions I received from both BJJ White Belts and higher belts who are rolling with brand new White Belts in their gym.
Basically, the White Belts are injuring people on accident or being super spazzy and feeling bad about it.
On the flip side the higher belts are worried about getting injured with the less experienced students.
So in this video I share an idea for higher belts in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to consider when rolling with new BJJ students. Itโs an idea I learned the hard way after getting elbowed, kicked, slammed over the years. But if you take the lesson home itโll allow you to roll with newer students to help teach them and at the same time avoid being injured.
Thanks for watching and I hope the video helps.
