One of the best early responses to a triangle choke attempt is a good, solid posture up. The hips drive forward, the back straightens and often the threat of the choke is destroyed in an instant.

A new way to hit the Darce choke! As in new to most of you. This grip has been around for awhile most just don’t know about it.

If you have short arms or a jacked up wrist like me this should fit perfectly in your game. Sometimes on bigger guys I prefer this grip. It is easier to hold on to and hard for them to use their shoulders to break out. Just don’t let go!
