It’s a great submission and it much easier than many think. It takes a little thought and some attention to some details but when done properly it’s a guaranteed tap! Watch the video as I discuss those details. Try it on the mat and let me know how it goes.

The bow and arrow choke is an incredibly effective submission. It’s also not easy to escape from. In this video, I will show you three (3) techniques to escape the bow and arrow choke. Once you know them escape becomes much easier. Try it out on the mats. And let me know how you go…

These are some of the tricks you can use to escape the bow and arrow choke at the later stages of the threat (if you can’t avoid getting there in the first place).
