“Many parents ask me how they should “roll” with their children. Here is an example…but it’s very important that the adult knows jiu-jitsu, so you can react and help your children the right way.

I don’t like to roll “too easy” neither I try “to kill” the children that I’m rolling with. I like to make sure they are working to conquer their techniques.
