Here’s some DOUBLE UNDER DOGFIGHT options to take you to an ARMBAR or worst case scenario, we end up in the LEG DRAG position.

REISPEITANDO NÃO PRECISA TER MEDO

The scissor sweep is easily still one of my favorite sweeps to hit. Most people use it for transitions. (Which isn’t a bad thing. The scissor sweep is a great tool to set up many techniques) is still like to use it for the sweep.

I still hit this technique on black belts. (Gi only) I just use this simple tip that helps me hit it.

The ARM TRIANGLE (also commonly referred to as a Side Choke) is one of the most common submissions you’ll see in MMA & BJJ.
Have you ever felt like you were SO CLOSE to getting the ARM TRIANGLE?
ONE big bridge, your opponent gets his arm back to safety & you have to do that work ALL OVER AGAIN?
