Here’s a cool little warm up stretch for those who suffer from overly tight forearms due to habitual neck squeezing. I’ve had limited rotation problems with my elbows and forearms for years, and I can really feel the stretch and release after doing this a few times. Two years ago, I’m much stronger now. I was doing this with 275 lbs for 10. Form isn’t super strict, but I lift to move men and have big arms, nothing more. To move the average untrained man is no harder than moving a disgruntled toddler.
