Here are two different examples of me hitting the Throw-By in competition. This is the same takedown (different variation) that @kaynanduarte used to be victorious in his @flograppling main event. It has been one of my favorites for a long time. It’s a great way to attack your opponents collar tie. Some times you can jump right on their back (2nd clip) or at the very least, you will end up with a rear body lock. Who would like to see a breakdown of this technique??? #Wrestling #Takedown

🧠 I used the “leg wipe”, side smash, floating system, posting, breaking grips (pants grip).

✅ I taught it all on my UPCOMING INSTRUCTIONAL 💨🦋 “KILLING THE BUTTERFLY GUARD” by @bjj.fanatics.

✅ 7+ hrs all about passing, countering, surprising your opponent, defending, finishing, etc.

🥋At the end of this video you can also watch a transition to back take from side control (SIDE CONTROL DOMINANCE INSTRUCTIONAL).

🏹Pay attention on the way I submit my opponent using the grip on the far side arm (sleeve).
