This time its an armbar when the opponent defends the back take! There will be more on this 2 on 1 series so stay tuned! Check out the details and you are sure to find something useful! Enjoy! Black-Belt/Adult/Male/Open-Class – Final
I have been getting this question a lot on the channel. It is a common problem when trying to figure out the triangle.
Once you learn this concept you will hit many more triangles. most people think you have to have the perfect lock in but thats not the case.
It is all about the angle you are creating, As long as you are curving your legs towards the mat and pinching your knees you can still get the finish.
P.S. no liabilities

http://teachmegrappling.com This is an old video shot about 3 years ago. Because of being sick and not getting into the gym, I dug up this video to share with you. This is a standing entry for the baratoplata that I used to use quite a bit. I always like to give credit to Rafael “Barata” Frietas, the man which this move is named after! Check out the details and you are sure to find something useful! Enjoy! If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please comment below. More videos to come!
