Initial thoughts on the Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support and Genutrain Knee Brace. These are two of the best knee braces for grappling. The feel, support, compression, and fit are important as these braces stay in place with grappling and don’t restrict movement.
Check out the braces here: http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=706061&u=1416655&m=58066&urllink=&afftrack=

To improve shoulder mobility and shoulder tightness for BJJ, these 5 stretches are quick, easy, and really effective for keeping your shoulders healthy, mobile, and to prevent injury when on the mats.
1. Lat Stretch
2. Posterior Capsule
3. Pec Stretch
4. External Rotation Stretch (great for preventing injuries from Americanas)
5. Internal Rotation Stretch (great for preventing injuries from Kimuras)

If you sprained your thumb while grappling and have pain and instability, then this taping technique is extremely useful and helpful with assisting with pain, stability, and to keep you on the mats.

Still one of my favourite ways to supplement BJJ practices. I think working on a gymball is under rated #bjj #jiujitsu #movement

Goal to close the 350 heavy gripper this year. Been greasing the groove, can do 250 multiple times comfortably. Now working on assisted negatives to close the 300. I use these to supplement by grip training for Bjj, not as the main source. Tap me up for idea to improve grips #grips #jiujitsu #jiujitsulifestyle #bjj #itshard

I received a question on youtube regarding wrist and forearm pain with lifting a heavy bar bell and also when holding grips when grappling in the gi.
These exercises and stretches should help keep your arms and hands loose, your tissue stretched out, and help to decrease pain.
