This is one of the the sneakiest techniques using the skirt of the lapel that I absolutely love. I don’t remember where I learned this originally, but I believe it was from Caique. It’s absolute gold for when your opponent defends the Kimura setup by grabbling his own gi material. Off this trap, you have lots of options, and I focus on just a couple here. Hope you like it. The Gift Wrap Position is a powerful modification on the technical mount, which gives you a lot of control over the bottom opponent. This allows you more ability to transition to the back, set up submissions, as well as great striking opportunities.
