There are 2 ways to learn a technique until you can perform it without thinking (some people call this muscle memory). 1. Drill it! First time you do it slow. Pat attention to all the tiny details. Increase pace until your mind becomes empty and you get into that flow state.

2. Teach it! Every time you show a technique, you are actually drilling it. As you explain it to others, you are explaining it to yourself. Your understanding of it will get deeper every time.
