Because strength does matter. Rows with 275 lbs. Not the most strict form, but the purpose was served. Not often I lift too heavy but dealifting 500 lbs we can do on a bad day.

This video I wanted to give a very simple system for people to use passing the de la riva guard. The de la riva guard is one of the most important guards to understand in jiu jitsu it opens up Berimbolo, X Guard, Single Leg Guard, Ankle Locks, and De La Riva C positions. With any position there are many different ways or systems you can use to pass the position this one is a variation of Leandro Lo techniques mixed with my own.
