There are basically 2 ways of doing it, either rolling forward or sitting down. It all depends on your opponent’s reaction.

I often see people struggle to finish the rolling armlock because they try really hard to use strength to roll the guy over. It’s all about mechanics – circle their foot like this and they roll over very easy without any strength needed. Check out another video via the link in my bio ? ?
