??Started working on that for the first time in 2014 when I was in Kyrgyzstan.
Two sweeps from worm guard.
1- If your opponent’s weight is going forward (towards you) then you sweep him over your head.
2- If your opponent’s weight is going backwards (away from you) then you sweep him forward.
?? Comecei a trabalhar essa guarda pela primeira vez em 2014, quando eu estava no Quirguistão.
Duas raspagem do guarda com lapela.
1- Se o peso do seu oponente estiver indo para a frente (em sua direção), então você o raspa sobre sua cabeça.
2- Se o peso do seu oponente estiver para trás (longe de você), então você o raspa para frente.
