11 years ago the. #ESTIMALOCK was born at the @adcc_official 2009, created by my brother @victorestimagb and I to be one of the most deadly footlocks in jiujitsu /grappling in the world. At first it was allowed from white to black belt divisions then due to its power and and it’s speed the rules were readjusted 1 year after and only allowed on pro divisions and from brown belt and above.
