My favorite side control escape. I used this against the mammoth Orlando Sanchez in ADCC 2017 explained.
I’m sure you saw the other hop over pass before points, as Orlando posted it 150 times. That time I rolled to my knees. 😂
Many people think this side control escape doesn’t work against larger opponents. I was 221 lbs and Orlando was close to 300 lbs, so it works.
The key is, TIMING.
