2025 @ibjjf European Championship Final Match 🥋 M5/Feather 🎯 Gustavo Dantas vs Cristian Kadow. This was my fourth and final match at the tournament. Cristian is a tough opponent, and he didn’t win 2024 European by accident; I was glad to have the final match with another high-level master competitor . 🙌

Today we’ve got a question from Mo, a Brown Belt.
He is an 11-year BJJ Brown Belt, a bit heavier. When he’s training at his gym, he’s able to do 10 rounds and train hard.
But, when he goes to another gym, especially with other heavy guys, he finds himself getting extremely tired.
He’s wondering what’s going on and what ideas I might have that could be helpful.
Hopefully, if you’re a big boy in Jiu-Jitsu and struggle with something similar, you find this helpful.
Thanks for watching.
