A situational drill is when you are placed in a specific situation or position and have to work on how to get out of it, improve your position or other skills. In this video, Coach John Saylor talks about Situational Drills and shows a specific skill on getting “posture up” if your opponent beats you at the grip and controls you in a standing situation.
