Recently at the Chewjitsu open, while watching the White Belts/Beginners compete, I noticed a common theme amongst them all…

That theme was this: They could not get to mount properly, without being countered.

In this video, I’ll address 2 big Mount mistakes White Belts make in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and how to avoid them.
