Two police officers at DFW Airport in Texas, successfully arrested an aggressive subject with the help of several civilians. Even though the man was very violent, and even went for one of the officer’s gun during the scuffle, the officers maintained excellent composure and neutralized the threat with minimal force. In this video, Rener and Ryron break down the incident and then demonstrate the 2-Man-Takedown strategy taught in GST that could be used in a situation like this in the event that the Taser malfunctions and the suspect doesn’t fall over on his own.

The Worm Guard and other lapel guard variations can be really frustrating to pass when you don’t yet have the necessary technical understanding of the position, which is why it’s really important to study these positions even if you don’t want to play them yourself. In this video I have my buddy Pedro Paquito Ramalho showing a super effective pass he used this year at Europeans to escape Worm Guard. Hope you like it, as always best way to support and keep the channel running is by leaving a thumbs up and subscribing 🙂

Jiu-Jitsu is valuable for everyone, but can be particularly life changing for our children. Teaching them the skills and confidence to protect themselves in the most non-violent way possible at a young age will have lasting impacts on their growth, development, and their future.

the clash of generations is exciting in every sport, and its no different in jiu jitsu. marcio andre is an excellent competitor, has fought almost everyone in feather and light weight division and was a brown belt world champion when he faced my brother in 2016 at the black belt world finals. johnatha won double gold as a blue belt juvenile in 2016 and since then he has been building his name as a strong up and comer. last year he won worlds as brown belt and I promoted him to black. right after he got promoted I told him that at 21 years old recently promoted to black belt, all he needs to do is train as much as possible and compete as often as possible to discovery his full potential and climb up to the top of this division. we expect ups and lows at the beginning, but we know the world title will come. here is a video with johnatha’s best moments in their match.

She’s with me 5 days a week, comes early to lift with me and leaves late. I am happy. Also big dudes, take note in how to train with someome smaller. Keeping up with @randizona movement made me more tired than training with most 200 lb black belts.

Gi or No-gi???? NEITHER! If we could choose ANY article of closing for our opponent to be wearing in a street fight it would be a T-SHIRT, and this seminar will teach you to do more with a t-shirt than you can with any other article of clothing, including a gi!
The complete seminar is finally available online http://www.GracieUniversity.com/StreetChokes where you can watch the complete intro class plus a full slice for free! If you LOVE what you see, you can purchase the rest of the seminar featuring all 15 slices and nearly 2 hours of instruction to learn it all from anywhere in the world. Even though these are the most important chokes you’ll ever learn for a street fight, you’ll never see these techniques taught in a regular BJJ class because most aren’t even possible in gis or rashguards. Enjoy!
Don’t stop with the street chokes, if you love what you see, learn from home or find a Certified Training Center near you and start your 10-day free trial today at http://www.GracieUniversity.com.
